EAP 508 is a course into which I was enrolled at INTO George Mason University in Spring 2018. The following document attached is the poster presented by my partner and me at the Multidisciplinary Colloquium on May 4, 2018 at the HUB Ballroom at George Mason University. It was based upon the concept of Forensic Analysis – a forensic investigation technique to identify the causes of failure in water supply systems.
Water supply systems face failures within the community and result in delay of operations. When these failures occur in health care centers,the delays can cause life threatening effects. Despite such an important issue,no tool is implemented to assess the failures which lead to corrective actions for future failures. Therefore, we are studying the implementation of forensic based approach to assess these failure causes. This study will provide the framework for preventive actions for future failures.
